The VISIBLE WOMEN CAMPAIGN (VW)  is a student led women in leadership campaign that seeks to further raise the aspirations and achievements of women and encourage greater diversity within the workplace.

    

As a campaign we want to create a female student/graduate network whose gifts and talents are discovered and nurtured so that they are prepared to be more than employees but inspirational leaders in their workplace, local community and the wider society. Our primary industry focuses are Finance and Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM).

The Campaign focuses on women leadership development through: Creating Internships especially for women, offering mentoring schemes with organisations, and coordinating leadership training events.

                                                           

The VW Campaign will:

• Showcase companies/organisations that encourage more women at every level of employment.

• Recognise senior female role models.

• Create networking opportunities for students and recent graduates to successfully enter into the labour market.
