CSR – Get NEETs into work

These programmes are aimed at young people aged 18-24 that are not in employment, education or training (NEETs). The programmes run in a three month cycle, with the first month focused on the participants receiving employability training and peer mentorship, this is followed by a month of volunteering and work experience in the local community. By partnering up with us we would hope to tackle youth unemployment and break the NEET cycle, we aim to effectively train young people equipping them with both employability skills and work experience. This is also an excellent opportunity to involve employees as mentors on the programme.
