Finance and HR Officer

Position: Finance and HR Officer
Salary: Competitive dependant on experience
Contract Type: 2 years full-time
Location: London
Reports to: Finance Manager

This role would suit a recent graduate or someone seeking an entry-level role in charity finance. Full training will be provided.

NCS Programme Officer (Brighton)

Position: NCS Programme Officer
Contract Type: Fixed Term Contract until 19 December 2019
Location: Brighton
Reporting To: NCS Programme Coordinator
Hours: 37.5 hours per week (including occasional evening working during peak times, open to considering flexible working)
Salary: £19,012 pa

ABOUT THE PROGRAMME

The National Citizen Service (NCS) aims to be a rite of passage for 16 and 17-year-olds and to promote a more cohesive, responsible and engaged society.

The NCS Programme is focused on 4 key outcomes for the young people that participate:

Social mixing: improving attitudes towards others from different backgrounds, strengthening and broadening social and support networks.

Community involvement: increasing willingness to engage and help-out, acknowledge and develop an awareness of influence in their local communities.

Teamwork, communication and leadership: increasing confidence in meeting new people, putting forward new ideas, and trying new things.

Transition: facilitating the transition to adulthood and improving attitudes towards work, education and training.

Assitant Programme Manager (Hertfordshire)

Position: Assistant Programme Manager (Hertfordshire)
Contract Type: Initial 2 years (with opportunity to extend)
Location: St Albans, Hertfordshire
Reporting To: National Manager
Hours: 37.5 hours per week (including evening, weekend and residential working during programme delivery)
Salary: Competitive based on experience
