FCA aim to make sure that financial markets work well so that consumers get a fair deal. To do this we regulate the conduct of over 50,000 businesses – and for many of these we also consider whether they meet prudential standards that reduce the potential harm to the industry and consumers if they fail.
Elevation Networks host insight events for students and young people to learn more about the work of the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA), to discover career opportunities, ask questions to FCA professionals and network. Every year we collaborate with the FCA to deliver a 4-day Spring Week programme. This programme allows up to 25 undergraduate females to learn about the FCA , covering key areas such as how the firm works in financial regulation and compliance; they also get to partake in exciting challenges and ask questions to FCA staff members.
