Sussex and Liverpool John Moores have become the latest universities in England intending to charge the maximum level of tuition fee.
With the intentions of 20 universities declared, the majority are planning fees of £9,000, across a range of different types of university.
Institutions wanting to charge more than £6,000 must gain the approval of the Office for Fair Access.
