Visible Women is a campaign which showcases and encourages women- women who are willing to knock down doors, smash glass ceilings, take the lead and stand out. The campaign champions women in leadership, challenges the under-representation of women in certain industries and senior positions, whilst creating a network of mentoring and learning for young women aspiring in their careers. Best of all the campaign is entirely led by young people.
Since launching in 2009, the campaign has worked with top firms including Deloitte LLP and Bloomberg to support female students in their careers through events and mentoring programmes. We used our London-wide speaker tour to create a monthly networking circuit for female students and professionals. Campaign Ambassadors include Channel 4’s Secret Millionaire, Caroline Marsh and Carlene Firmin MBE.
